As an organization, we are dedicated to being a part of the community every year, providing support and giving back to those who need it most. Our team provides coaching to individuals, families and business owners in our communities on how to live their best life financially. What we do gives a sense of professional and personal fulfillment. In that same manner, spending time volunteering and doing good for others is another way we give back to the community and to those in need, so that we all can live a better tomorrow.
Jersey Mike's Day of Giving
We believe in giving back, and we’re proud to support Jersey Mike's Day of Giving each March! Each year, we order Jersey Mike's on the Day of Giving for our team to enjoy while supporting a great cause. On this day, Jersey Mike’s donates 100% of sales to support local charities in the community!
Cornhole for A Cause
In 2023, we launched our first Annual Charity Cornhole Tournament, raising funds to support children and families affected by cancer. Every dollar raised was donated to Ocean of Love, a local charity in Ocean County, NJ. We’re committed to making a positive impact in our community, and this event marks the beginning of our ongoing efforts.
Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce Osprey Award Winner
The Osprey Award, presented by the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce, is an annual event that recognizes business leaders who make the Jersey Shore a great place to live and work. In 2023, we are proud to announce that C&A Financial’s CEO and Managing Partner, Frank Congilose, was honored with this prestigious award, coinciding with the company's 30-year milestone as a dedicated member of the Chamber.
The Ashley Lauren Foundation Touch-A-Truck Event
Advisor, Eric Rios had the privilege of sponsoring and attending the Ashley Lauren Foundation Touch-A-Truck event. It was a great experience to be part of a charity that brings smiles to children and their families who may be suffering from pediatric cancer.
Summer Food Drive
As part of our commitment to increase our community involvement and make a positive impact for families in our community, our team came together and generously collected food for our food drive which will provide over 200 meals to Fulfill in support of fighting hunger in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing
C&A Financial Group was a proud sponsor at the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing. Advisor John Spottke was Chair of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing and lead the shotgun start by playing well-known patriotic song "Proud To Be An American" by Lee Greenwood, a tradition he started many years ago.
John Spottke and several other C&A advisors and colleagues enjoyed a day out of the office and supported the Chamber event. They enjoyed the challenge and beauty of the game. A perfect day for a golf outing with great company!
C&A Financial Sponsored the 34th Annual CPC Golf Classic Fundraiser
C&A Financial was a corporate sponsor at the event to raise money to benefit mental health and substance use recovery in our communities. Advisor, Alex Tragnitz, who is an active volunteer with the organization and also Co-Chaired the event, participated in the golf outing and was awarded for a tremendously successful fundraiser.
Spreading Holiday Cheer
During the holidays, we spread cheer by giving out toys collected by the C&A Family, and donate them to Monmouth Medical Center's Pediatric Ward.
Food Drive
The C&A team gathers food and donates it to the local food bank, Fulfill.
Toys for Tots
C&A Financial is a Toys for Tots drop off location. Over 100 toys were collected and donated to put a smile on the faces of many children.
